Pizza Deliveries Are Saving Lives

Pepperoni & PSA toppings are the latest “in-the-hand” & “outside-the-box” marketing

Driving drug-impaired or riding with someone who is … is not worth the risk. The consequences are serious and real.”

— J. Nelson, MODOT

NEW YORK, NY, US, October 1, 2019 / — More than 70% of U.S. consumers find billboards, TV commercials, robo-calls and internet pop-up ads to be sensory pollutants … annoying and invasive, if not simply ignored. DVR’s, caller I.D. and ad blocking software have rendered the past centuries’ platforms obsolete. Yet some non-profit, government and commercial entities persist in alienating their target audiences through such arcane, counterproductive and ineffective media. That is, until modern and innovative strategies have achieved traction and found a unique means by which to, “drive home” the message.

Among a variety of customized applications for its clientele, Adzze, in collaboration with Bucket Media, has recently worked with the state of Missouri to educate the public on the legal limitations of marijuana legislation. In short, “Don’t drive high”. Yes, weed is somewhat legal in the “Show Me State”. So is alcohol and medication prescribed by one’s doctor. On the other hand, while marijuana laws vary dramatically among the 50 U.S. states, NO state’s driver’s license includes a license to drive under the influence of any drug or be otherwise impaired. “Drive High, Get a DUI”.

Based on the advertising agencies’ credentials and creative concept, The Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) has chosen Adzze and Bucket Media as the primary messengers to one of its most concentrated target markets. How better to reach a relevant audience with the munchies than with the sobering impact of ramifications that result in legal expenses, a criminal record and jail, if not injury or death?

In supplement to the public awareness campaign, Missouri law enforcement agencies are focusing on every resource legally available toward DUI prevention. Routine traffic stops for speeding or a broken tail light can result in further investigation if there is “probable cause” to conduct reasonable searches of vehicles or to conduct field sobriety testing on public thoroughfares.

In a recent statement, Jon Nelson of the MODOT emphasized the gravity of both the physical dangers as well as the legal and financial repercussions. “Driving drug-impaired or riding with someone who is drug impaired is not worth the risk. Not only do you risk killing yourself or someone else, but the trauma and financial costs of a crash or an arrest … can be significant. The consequences are serious and real.”

While this singular example is one of public service and pizza, non-profits and private enterprise are also moving away from “traditional” publicity vehicles and achieving a higher ROI in a much less obtrusive means to reach consumers, investors and the public. Without a doubt, politicians, charities and government agencies are finding more creative means by which raise funds and awareness … as are private enterprises increasing revenues.

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, USA, October 1, 2019 / — the leading DataOps platform for real-time data, announced at the Kafka Summit San Francisco 2019, its partnership with Amazon AWS and the release of Lenses 3.0 to further help organisations in building and maintaining a secure and reliable streaming data platform based on Apache Kafka.

Apache Kafka is increasingly being adopted across multiple products and use cases. Self-managing powerful, yet complex and highly distributed infrastructure such as Kafka is now a commodity to be consumed. Organisations are turning to the likes of Amazon AWS MKS and ecosystem of services for data infrastructure and modern DataOps tooling such as Lenses to enable them to accelerate the delivery of new data experiences.

“With AWS MSK for infrastructure and Lenses for DataOps, the barrier for organizations to find the right talent, as well as the cost and risk, is now minimized meaning data projects can be delivered in days instead of the typical 9-month cycle that we’ve seen. With Lenses as the secure data access layer with data governance capabilities also results into a stronger data compliance and data ethics” said Antonios Chalkiopoulos, founder of Lenses.

Little Innocents Collection of Bookmarks

Roxanne Coutts Eilers, granddaughter of world renowned Scottish artist, Gordon Coutts is launching her own line of inspirational greeting cards.

My dream of creating unique, warm, whimsical and delightful greeting cards and sharing happiness and joy to people around the world has finally came full circle and my dream has become a reality.”

— Roxanne Coutts Eilers

PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, USA, October 1, 2019 / — Roxanne Coutts Eilers, granddaughter of world renowned Scottish artist, Gordon Coutts is launching her own line of inspirational greeting cards.
Roxanne Coutts Eilers is a native of Palm Springs, California. She comes from a rich heritage of artists, musicians, and writers. Her grandfather Gordon Coutts, was an international painter known for his portraits and landscapes in Australia, California, Morocco and Mexico.  Her grandmother, Gertrude Russell Coutts, was also an accomplished artist, musician and opera soloist.  Gordon and Gertrude, along with their daughter, Jeane Granada Coutts, settled and built a Moorish style home in Palm Springs, California which is now the famous Korakia Pensione. The New York times refers to the hotel as “One of the sexiest hotels in America”.
Roxanne's mother, Jeane Granada Coutts, was a professional artist in her own right, and protégé of Gordon Coutts. Jeane Coutts ensured that the love of the arts was passed onto her children as well.  Roxanne embraced and absorbed as much artistic and creative knowledge as she could from her mother over the years.  Roxanne also inherited her mother's love of painting portraits and people, and finds this subject matter most challenging and fulfilling.  Roxanne was personally trained by her mother and continues to develop her own personal and individual style with each painting.  Roxanne is honored to carry on her family's legacy of art and music.
As a fine artist, Roxanne enjoys painting traditional subject matter in a combination of impressionistic, painterly, and realistic styles using an oil medium. She seeks to express both beauty and faith on canvas, and at the same time gives the viewer a sense of pleasure and joy through her artwork.

Roxanne always dreamed of designing a special kind of card to share with the world.  When she was just 11 years old she designed some small greeting cards each hand colored. Later she created little characters on stationery. When she was in her twenties the Little Innocents characters came into existence.

Each picture she drew and colored of the Little Innocents characters told a little bit about her own personal life story. she would draw a cute little girl with hair blowing in the wind in a field of grasses and wild flowers. In her imagination that little girl was her, feeling carefree and loving nature, dancing with the butterflies.

That same passion will be captured in her new line of whimsical, inspirational greeting cards. The collection is titled “Little Innocents Collection.” The collection will include the following cards Christmas, Friendship, Birthday, Angelic Hymns, Sweet Scriptures and Bookmarks. The inspirational greeting cards are being launched October,1st and will be available in specialty stores and on line at

Roxanne States “My dream of creating unique, warm, whimsical and delightful greeting cards and sharing happiness and joy to people around the world has finally came full circle and my dream has become a reality.”
In addition to her oil painting and her whimsical, inspirational greeting card collection, Roxanne is also an inspiring author and motivational speaker. She has published a series of self-help books for those needing hope through a difficult season of life. She is currently working on her third book  and often speaks at various workshops and conferences.
Roxanne Coutts dreams of having an art exposition in Palm Springs, California the city and home where she was raised. Her Grandfather was a visionary and had a dream to re-live his art-filled Moroccan days. The flamboyant Coutts did not stop with the recapturing of his physical existence in Tangier with Dar Marroc, now the Korakia Pensione, but his social existence as well. Coutts hung his paintings in the library, where he regaled his guests with tales of adventure. Dar Marroc quickly became a gathering place for musicians, visiting artists such as John Lavery, Agnes Pelton, Nicolai Fenshin and Grant Wood and celebrities such as Rudolph Valentino and Errol Flynn. It is rumored that even Winston Churchill has painted in the Artist’s villa Studio.
