2026-27 Chart for Calculating Cost of Attendance Awards

We are pleased to share the approved education expenses for the 2026-27 academic year, which will be used to calculate the following scholarship awards:
- World Trade Center Memorial Scholarship
- NYS Memorial Scholarship
- Military Enhanced Recognition Incentive and Tribute (MERIT) Scholarship
- American Airlines Flight 587 Memorial Scholarship
- Flight 3407 Memorial Scholarship
- Healthcare Workers for Our Future
- NYS Vaccination Incentive Scholarship
- Child Welfare Worker Scholarship
The linked chart outlines the full-year allowable costs and housing allowances for on-campus, off-campus, and commuter students. Please ensure these costs are broken down by semester during certification.
Please note: Budget type 4 has been modified to increase the housing allowance to be equal to the housing allowance for Budget type 2.
